IN THIS LESSON

Daily Conversations: If your spouse or the parent of your children is approachable, invite him or her to answer these questions with you. If that is not yet possible, share your answers with our online Parent Community (link below).

  1. Decide if and when you will alert your spouse and children that you are planning to have a structured, intentional, daily conversation.

  2. You might initially elicit buy in from one or two members of the family who are more likely to cooperate and support your efforts.

  3. Consider asking a family member to help you by reading the discussion questions for you. Sharing leadership can increase cooperation.

This program works best if done in community. To enhance the benefits, join our online discussion group.
