Dr. Alice Benton, PsyD.

Professional: Alice is a licensed clinical psychologist, PSY23516, specializing in Parent Support & Training, Health & Wellness, and Trauma Recovery. She is a proud member of the New Life Ministries team serving as a cohost on the New Life Live! radio show with Steve Arterburn.

Education: Dr. Alice Benton received her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from Argosy University and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas. However, she credits New Life Ministries with the bulk of her true education.

Personal: Alice is a wife and mother of three young children. These days, when she has time to herself, she loves to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, hike, bike, read, and nap. Mostly nap…

Rosemary Garcia, LMFT

Professional: Rosemary’s journey to becoming a mental health therapist has been guided by her belief that caring for your mental health can be a powerful step toward emotional healing, personal growth, and self-discovery. Rosemary strives to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can openly process their thoughts and feelings.

Rosemary’s therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and can also incorporate spiritual or faith-based perspectives when aligned with a client’s values. As a bilingual therapist, She is able to connect with both English and Spanish-speaking clients in the language that feels most natural and comfortable to them.

Education: Rosemary received her Master’s degree from Mt. St. Mary’s University and her Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic University of Pomona.

Personal: Rosemary enjoys spending time with her dogs.  On her time off she enjoys hiking, coloring, and when possible traveling.

Daisy Peralta, Coach, MFT

Professional: Daisy’s work as a Christian Life Coach is a response to the calling of accompanying others in discovering their purpose as beloved children of God. Daisy integrates practical coaching methodology with the light of faith, fostering a transformation that reaches beyond external goals to nurture the fullness of the soul. In a world of self-improvement, Daisy offers a unique space where human will and Divine Grace meet to empower the life path of her clients.

Education: Daisy Peralta earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University and her Bachelor’s degree from Jose Vasconcelos University. While her academic credentials provided a strong clinical foundation, she views her ongoing spiritual journey and specialized training in transformative coaching as the heart of her true vocation.

Personal: Daisy finds deep renewal in music and community, whether through choir rehearsals or shared moments with her family. She also finds balance and perspective through horseback riding, a practice that keeps her grounded and connected to the beauty of creation.
